What I teach now comes from having lived every layer of it myself, then spent years watching the same patterns repeat across hundreds of people. Everything is patterned: the nervous system, the mind, the emotions, even the body — all running the same inherited code beneath the surface. Once you can see the pattern, you can decode it.
Before I built FeelGrowLive, I spent over a decade working as an integrative therapist in the UK — sitting with people navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and the patterns that kept pulling them back. That clinical grounding is in everything I do. It's where I first began to see that insight alone doesn't create change, and that lasting transformation has to happen at the level of the body, not just the mind.
That's what I teach you to do — recognise it, name it, watch it as it happens, and change it in real time, instead of after the fact. As that skill builds, so does your capacity: more room in your nervous system, more room in your mind. You start managing your life from flow and stability instead of running on empty. Clarity stops being occasional. Things get done with ease and energy, not force.
I'm also the first in my family to do any of this. There was no script, no one who'd walked this path first.
None of it is theory to me — I built a life and a career in a language that wasn't my own, moved three times across three countries, and rebuilt what "home" meant more than once. I know what it is to hold a family together while everything underneath you keeps shifting, because I've done it, and I'm still doing it.
